Richardson only provides exchanges or store credit for items purchased within 14 days of order confirmation. No refunds.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Richardson must receive the items within 7 days of return authorization. All return shipments are to be held responsible by the customer. Richardson does not cover shipping for exchanges/store credit.
Accessories, Magazines, Swimwear, Underwear and Sale Items are final. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges/store credit. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment.
Full-price online items may be exchanged in store with proper proof of order confirmation and invoice. The cost of shipping will not be calculated in store credit. Orders may not be canceled, altered or changed once placed.
